NEW AdCare grew out of the US RPM & CCM programs — not built for any one language or country See how it works

24/7 elder care · any language · HIPAA-compliant infrastructure

Your parents stay home.
You stop guessing.

One large screen in the home. They say "Hey Joe" and the assistant answers — in the language they have spoken their whole life. A ring, a watch, and a blood pressure monitor send their readings on their own. When something is off, you know on your phone.

WHY ADCARE

The difference is your parents never have to learn anything

The three below already run on real devices in real homes and can be switched on today. They are not promises.

Say “Hey Joe” — in whatever language they speak

Joe listens and answers in the language your parents have spoken their whole life. Ask when the next pill is due, call the family, put on music, look at photos — in ordinary speech, with no menu to memorize. AdCare was not built around one community: language is a setting, so adding one adds it to the whole system instead of forking the product.

  • No app to learn
  • Big text, big buttons
  • Reads the screen aloud

Reminders and SOS keep working offline

Medication prompts, first-aid instructions, and reassurance are recorded on the device itself, so with the line down the screen still speaks and still reminds on time; what happened is logged and sent when the connection returns. To be exact about the limit: asking Joe a new question needs AdCare’s AI servers, so that part waits. Everything else keeps running.

The data is protected in layers

AdCare runs on multi-region cloud infrastructure in the United States, compliant with HIPAA. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, permissions are set per person in the household, and your family can remove anyone at any time. We do not sell the data and do not use it for advertising.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps, done once

  1. STEP 01

Plug it in, pick the language, add the family

The screen arrives configured for your household. Plug it in, join wifi, pick the language your parents speak, add the family’s numbers, and it is running.

  2. STEP 02

Pair the ring and the monitor

Ring, watch, and blood pressure monitor pair once. After that the readings arrive on their own — nothing to write down, nothing to press send on.

  3. STEP 03

Over the threshold, you hear about it

You set the thresholds per person. A reading past the line, or the SOS button, sends the family an alert and a call.

Not a medical device

AdCare is not FDA-cleared. We track and alert. We do not diagnose and we do not replace a doctor.

HIPAA-compliant infrastructure

Servers are in the United States, on multi-region cloud infrastructure compliant with HIPAA, encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising. Who sees what is your family’s decision.

Numbers come up in the demo

Frequently asked questions

Is AdCare only for Vietnamese-speaking families?

No. AdCare grew out of the US RPM and CCM programs, which are built for every older patient regardless of community. Language in AdCare is a setting: pick the one your parents speak and Joe, the in-home screen, and the alerts all follow. Vietnamese, English, and Spanish run today; other languages switch on without rebuilding the product. If your organization is outside the United States, call and ask — we will tell you plainly whether we can serve your region yet.

Does it film inside the house?

No. The AdCare screen does not film and does not record ambient audio. Its camera turns on only when your parents choose to use it — photographing a prescription so the screen can read it back, or a video call with you. Otherwise it is off.

My parents don’t use a smartphone. Does this still work?

Yes, because your parents never touch a phone. What sits in the house is a large screen with big text and big buttons — say “Hey Joe” and the assistant answers in the language they chose. The ring and the monitor send readings on their own. The phone app is for you, not for them.

Does it still work when the internet goes down?

Yes, but in a limited way, and we would rather be exact about the limit. It keeps reminding on time, keeps speaking, and still reads first-aid steps aloud — those lines are recorded on the device. What your parents do is logged and sent once the line is back. What does NOT work offline: asking Joe a new question, which needs AdCare’s AI servers, plus alerts to you and calls.

Who can see my family’s data?

Only the people your family adds to the household — your call, removable at any time. Readings and reminders are stored on AdCare’s multi-region cloud infrastructure in the United States, compliant with HIPAA, encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell the data and do not use it for advertising. The Privacy Policy has the detail.

How does billing work if a clinic uses AdCare for RPM or CCM?

AdCare supplies the monitoring data and care-time records a clinic needs to document CPT 99453, 99454, 99457, and 99458. Reimbursement changes by year and by locality, so we do not publish figures here — we go through your numbers, and how records reconcile with the system you already use, in the demo.

With Private Label, what exactly can I change?

Name, logo, colors, domain, languages, and the content shown on the in-home screen and the family app, including the emails the system sends. Per-seat cost and who staffs support for your customers are worked out in the partnership call.
