Private Label

Sell AdCare under your own brand

Your customers see your name on the in-home screen, in the family app, and on the email that reaches them. You keep the customer relationship and set the price. We keep the machine running.

Commercial terms are worked out in the partnership call rather than published on a website.

WHAT YOU’RE ASKING

The four questions partners ask first

What exactly can I change?

Name, logo, colors, domain, and the content shown on the in-home screen and in the family app, including the emails the system sends. Your customers never see the word AdCare on anything they touch.

How is per-seat cost calculated?

Per active household, with tiers by volume — sell more and your unit cost comes down. We hand over the full sheet in the partnership call so you build your margin on real numbers instead of guessing.

Who supports my customers?

Your call: you take tier one and we back you on tier two, or we answer the phone under your brand. Whichever you pick goes into the contract with its hours and response times written down.

Do I keep the customer relationship?

Yes. The end-user contract is yours and you set the price. AdCare does not approach your customers to sell them anything.

FROM SIGNING TO SELLING

Three steps

  1. STEP 01

    Agree the branding scope

You send the logo, colors, and domain. We stand up your branded build so you see it before you sell it.

  2. STEP 02

    Train your team

Your sales and support people learn installation, the common failures, and how to answer customer questions — working real cases with us, not sitting through slides.

  3. STEP 03

    Sell and scale

You sell under your name. As household count grows the tier moves with it — no renegotiating from scratch.

WHAT THE PARTNER GETS

What’s included

  • Your branded build

In-home screen, family app, system email, and your own domain.

  • Partner admin console

Active households, device status, and per-customer feature switches.

  • Hardware by the batch

Ordered in batches and pre-configured before it ships to your customers.

  • Sales collateral

Product sheets, installation guides, and an objection-handling FAQ — reusable by your team, under your brand.

  • Technical support line

Your team gets its own channel rather than queueing behind end users.

  • Roadmap updates

New features reach your build — you do not pay extra to stay current.

THE LINE

What you keep, what we keep

Drawing the line up front is what keeps the partnership out of arguments later.

You keep

  • Your brand on every surface the customer sees
  • The relationship and the contract with the end customer
  • Pricing and margin
  • Your sales channel and how you market it
  • Which features you switch on for your customers

AdCare keeps

  • Infrastructure, updates, and security patches
  • Hardware and the supply chain behind it
  • Multi-region cloud infrastructure in the United States, compliant with HIPAA, encrypted in transit and at rest, role-based access
  • A technical support line for your team
  • The shared product roadmap

Frequently asked questions

Is there territory exclusivity?

It is negotiable, but it is a commercial term tied to volume commitments, so we discuss it directly rather than posting it on a website.

What is the minimum household count to start?

We would rather a partner run a small pilot first and scale from a real result — growing off something that worked is far easier than carrying a large commitment from day one. The minimum is set per agreement.

Who holds my customers’ data?

Data is stored on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure in the United States. It belongs to the household and to you as the provider; AdCare neither sells it nor uses it to sell to your customers.

If the partnership ends, what happens to my customers?

That is a question to settle before signing, not at the breakup. Transition terms sit in the contract and we put them on the table in the first call: households already running keep running, and handover follows the path written down.
