Many rooms on one screen, and no camera in any of them

A ring on each resident and a screen in each room show which rooms need a visit and which are fine. Staff walk to the room that needs them instead of walking the floor every hour.

AdCare helps staff decide where to go first. It does not replace staffing and it is not a medical device.

WHAT YOU’RE ASKING

The four questions directors ask first

How many staffed hours does this actually save?

The saving is not fewer people — it is fewer pointless night checks, because staff only walk to rooms with a signal. The actual number has to be measured at your building: we pilot one wing, compare against your own shift logs, and only then talk in numbers. We will not borrow someone else’s figure and put your name on it.

How are compliance records kept?

Every alert and every staff response is stamped with a time and exports on request. Nobody copies a shift log by hand any more. How far that satisfies your state’s requirements, we go through with you during the survey.

How long does staff training take?

The screen does one thing: rooms that need a visit rise to the top. New staff are working after one look — there is no training course.

Will residents feel watched?

No filming and no ambient recording. What sits in the room is a screen residents use to call family, hear music, and look at photos — readings come from the ring or monitor they wear. That is an easy answer to give both a resident’s family and a state surveyor.

ROLLOUT

Three steps, one wing at a time

  1. STEP 01

    Start with one wing

A screen per room, a ring per resident. No drilling, no wiring, and no need to close the wing.

  2. STEP 02

    The system learns each room

Every resident keeps a different routine. Learning per room means far less noise than one fixed threshold for the whole building.

  3. STEP 03

    Expand across the building

Measure the pilot wing first, then scale. The comparison numbers are your building’s own.

ONE SHIFT

Where the shift actually changes

Shift start

One screen instead of a logbook

Whatever was unusual overnight is at the top; the rest does not need reading.

During the shift

Walk to the room that needs you

Alerts carry context: heart rate off its usual band overnight, no activity at all this morning, SOS pressed.

Overnight

Fewer rounds that wake people up

A resident whose readings look normal does not need a door opened at 3am.

Handoff

The shift log writes itself

The next shift reads what was handled, without depending on anyone’s memory.

WHAT THE BUILDING GETS

What’s included

  • Multi-room monitoring screen

Sorted by who needs attention. Runs on a desktop or a tablet at the station.

  • A screen in each room

Big text, big buttons, and the assistant in that resident’s language. No camera and no ambient recording.

  • A smart ring per resident

Pulse, SpO₂, and activity, worn not operated. Optional per resident — not something the whole building has to accept.

  • Alert and response log

Time-stamped automatically, exportable for compliance records.

  • Reminders survive an outage

Prompts and instructions are recorded on the device, so it keeps speaking and reminding on time; actions are logged and sync when the line returns. Asking the assistant a new question needs the connection.

  • One language per resident

The screen, the assistant, and the phone line follow each resident’s own language — set per room, not per building.

Frequently asked questions

Can residents’ families see it?

Yes, if you enable it. Families see daily activity and alerts — no video, no audio. It tends to help when families are touring buildings.

Do we have to drop our nurse call system?

No. AdCare is passive — a resident does not have to press anything to be noticed, which covers exactly the falls and the not-getting-up mornings a call button never helps with. The two complement each other. Whether your particular system connects, we check during the survey.

How many rooms fit on one screen?

There is no fixed number — it depends on your floor plan and how you split shifts. Bring the plan to the demo and we work it out on the spot.

How is it priced?

Priced by the size of the building. Structure and payback are covered in the demo, on your real room count.
